This Week

Here's a picture of a pretty Lutheran church in our area.

This week has been hard. I've been struggling a lot with some personal issues. We saw a lot of miracles though and have done some great work. We were able to see a lot of people, but not much progression has happened this week. Which is okay. We haven't been able to meet with Felix but we have plans to see him on Wednesday. OH I'm also going to be staying here for another 6 weeks with Sister Larsen, we're pretty excited about that.
We were able to see John this week and it was really awesome! He's just so open and it eating it all up. He loves the gospel and you can just tell he does when you talk to him and look at him. I don't think I'd ever been able to notice people's countenances before, but his has changed so much and it's truly a miracle to witness! He's going to be getting baptized on the 20th now instead of the 21st to accommodate some family issues and we're still so very excited. It was really cool when we taught him we asked him what he was looking forward to the most after his baptism. He was just like "Honestly, the blessings! I've just been so much happier and positive after learning these things and I want that so much". He's just so amazing!
There were also two really awesome families that just saved our lives this week. We were having some hard times on the days when they were signed up to have us over for dinner. After we left their houses we just felt so much better and so loved. They really helped make this week good.
Sorry but this is really all I've got for y'all. This was kind of a strange week, strange but good. I know that this gospel is true and that it can change our lives for the better if we let it!  Our Heavenly Father loves us so much and He wants us to live with Him again. That's why he sent his son Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. I'm so grateful for this knowledge in my life. Have a great week!
Love,
Sister Morrill
