Transfer news is that I am staying and that Sister Tuna is leaving. My new companion's name is Sister Larson. No one knows anything about her haha. So I guess I will find out all about her on Wednesday. It's been truly wonderful serving here with Sister Tuna. She's going to Bedford! Which is right next to Euless so I've been able to tell her a little bit about the area. So yeah that's my life.
This week was really good. We were able to accomplish some good things. We've gone caroling to member's friends quite a bit which has been so much fun! I want to go caroling for the rest of my life! People love it! No matter who they are. It's really amazing to see the spirit of Christmas touch their hearts. Which sounds pretty cheesy, but I feel like Christmas really does have it's own special spirit. I just feel like the Holy Ghost is able touch most everyone during this period. It's really amazing.
We found two awesome new investigators this week! Their names are Bart and Jodi. They're a couple who are living together, Bart works for the Army and has a friend in the 1st ward here who referred him to us. Bart is very open and willing to learn about other religions and has talked to missionaries in the past. His friend told him that he'd send the missionaries over again, but only if he was going to take it seriously this time. He's seems to be! He said he'd be baptized if he came to know that these things are true and so did Jodi. Jodi actually has grandparents who are serving a mission in the Philippines. They seem like a really sweet couple and we're really excited to teach them more.

We had a lot of people cancel this week, but I feel like we were able to be in places and do good that we might not have been able to had we been in those appointments. We were able to help an older lady in her wheelchair sweep some leaves from her driveway and were able to meet her granddaughter as well. They had to run out on us pretty quick so we weren't able to really share more than a card with them, but if anything they'll have just had a positive experience with LDS missionaries. We were also able to contact/get info on a lot of less active YSA members and provide feedback for our Branch President which is good for building up trust in the branch.
So that was basically our week. I just want to bear my testimony. I know that this gospel is truly Christ's gospel restored on the earth once more. I know that God is aware of each and every one of His children. So don't give up! Don't ever do that. True peace and happiness are found in faith in the Savior and our Heavenly Father. As a missionary I have met people on both sides of that spectrum and the ones who have faith and rely on their Savior are always the ones that have the most joy. This gospel changes lives. There is always hope. There is always a way to change and become better. Our Savior is reaching out with open arms and He is just waiting for you to reach out to him. I know that is true. I have felt it. I love each and every one of you. Thank you so much! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
