So after e-mails on Monday we went and taught Sarah. It was so great! We brought one of our ward missionaries, Sister Robertson, with us and she was amazing! We taught Sarah about faith and repentance. She's having a hard time with repentance because she's done some things that she feels God has forgiven her for, but that she still has a lot of guilt over. Sister Robertson then pitched in and just told her that she could tell that Sarah was a good woman and a good mother, and that even though she isn't a member yet she could really feel the spirit in her home. Something about the way Sister Robertson expressed this just brought the spirit out so strongly, and we could tell that she was just saying what Heavenly Father would have said to Sarah in that moment. My chest felt like it was going to burst in that moment. It was so awesome!
On Tuesday we had district meeting and then after that Sister Bangs and I went on a mini-exchange with the sister training leaders. I went with Sister Alldredge again and we went tracting and contacting here in Euless. We found two pretty solid potentials! The first one's name is Erica and we found her while tracting. We asked her if she'd be interestd in attending church with us and she said yes, and that she'd been looking around for a church to possibly join. I didn't even know what to do when she said "yes" haha. Luckily Sister Alldredge was there and was able to help me get all her info. She didn't come to church this Sunday but the weather was really awful. We're going to try calling her later today. The second potential we met is Annette who is so prepared! We contacted her while she was outside playing with her dog. She greeted us right as she saw us and then told us she liked our name tags. Perfect set-up ever right? So we invited her to come to church with us and she said yes too. She said that she's always been really spiritual and that she believes in Jesus Christ and all that. It was great. As we were talking to her she really opened up to us and told us that her sister had just recently gotten murdered, and that her family was having a hard time coping with it. She told us that she'd made a promise with herself to stay strong and to make sure that her family stayed strong. She is so awesome! We gave her a plan of salvation pamphlet and we're going to call her today to set up a time to go see her. Then later that night we went over to Sister Miller's place to help her put away her groceries cause she just hurt her knee and couldn't get them up the stairs.

Love, Lindsey!
